CHIEF Returns & Exchanges

At CHIEF, we stand behind the quality of our garments. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or fit, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.


Limited Collections

Certain limited production or collaboration collections may be exchange-only due to limited inventory.

These items will be clearly marked on the product page.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Limited edition pieces unless defective
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
